Written and designed by Sapphire McMullan-Fisher, Katrina Syme and Roz Hart and supported by the Western Australian Naturalists’ Club.

The pocket guide illustrates 90 species organised into morphogroups. The species chosen are ones that occur commonly in the south west of WA. Some fungi are more widespread but has common  species from Perth region, and the southern forests including the two Capes Naturaliste and Leeuwin, and up north to coastal Kalbarri and down to Ravensthrope in the south east. Information on substrate, trophic role, size, spore print colour, and toxicity for each species.
