Fun is for …

Fun … everybody should be having fun!
Fungi … everything is connected and often in natural systems it is the hidden fungi that are the links.
Function … how things function and  what they do is an integral part of what they are.

Ecology is from…

Ecos … Late Latin oeco- household, from Greek oik-, oiko-, from oikos house ecology (noun)
– the branch of biology that deals with the relations of organisms to one another and to their physical surroundings.

Fun Fungi Ecology draws upon more than twenty years of practical experience in the magic, science and fun of the natural fungus world. Australia’s natural landscapes are home to an amazing array of beautiful and ecologically important organisms that few ever take the time to learn and appreciate. Through field excursions, seminars, and research, let’s discover this mysterious and integral world.

“I think you’ll find it’s a bit more complicated than that…”

Ben Goldacre
